Description "Testomat 2000® CrVI (High measuring range)"

The process photometer Testomat 2000® CrVI (High measuring range) is an online analytical measuring instrument for monitoring the content of chromate (CrO42-) in the range of 0 to 11.15 mg/l or chromium VI (CrVI) in the range of 0 to 5.0 mg/l. The device works with a photometric analysis principle based on DIN 38405.
The analysis is carried out by adding two reagents and after a reaction time of approx. 2 minutes (pure measuring time without rinsing times) the analysis result is displayed. Areas of application are, for example, the control and monitoring of waste water treatment plants in electroplating. Two independently programmable limit value contacts are available for a wide variety of monitoring and control tasks. The analysis result can be recorded using the optional recorder card (current interface SK910) with a point or line recorder or an SD card data logger Testomat 2000® (0/4-20 mA).
