Our employees are regularly trained according to ADR and IATA guidelines to ensure safe and smooth handling of dangerous goods transports. For orders under 25€ net value of goods we charge a handling fee for small orders. This is €5 net for online orders and €10 net for analogue orders. Repairs/maintenance can be carried out by our service department. To carry out the work, the unit must be returned to us free of charge. After inspection each customer receives a cost estimate including the spare parts and the labour hours to be charged before repair. The repair will only be carried out after the cost estimate has been approved. A loan unit can be provided on request.
