The sulfite test kit is suitable for many application areas, including the control of oxygen scavengers (sulfite dosing). Regular monitoring helps to prevent corrosion in systems.

For fast monitoring of sulfite in water, the Testoval sulfite test kit offers a practical solution without complex measuring technology. The set works with an optical color comparison and enables direct evaluation of the water sample – ideal for applications where ease of use and fast results are essential.

After adding the reagents, a color reaction develops. This is compared with stored reference values in the color comparator, allowing the concentration to be determined reliably. The measuring range is 0–20 mg/l SO₃²⁻ and covers typical requirements in water monitoring.

The individual values 0.5 mg/l, 1 mg/l, 2.5 mg/l, 5 mg/l, 10 mg/l and 20 mg/l can be read by optical color comparison. The scope of delivery includes two reagents as well as a color comparator for simple concentration determination.
