The Testoval Iron 0-1 mg/L color comparison kit is used to determine the iron content in water within a concentration range of 0-1 mg/L Fe. Individual values of 0.05 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L, 0.25 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L, 0.75 mg/L, and 1 mg/L can be read using an optical color comparison. The kit includes two reagents and a color comparison device for simple concentration determination.
The color comparison kit enables reliable detection of low iron concentrations in water. By diluting the water sample at a 1:10 ratio with distilled water, the measurement range can be extended up to ten times.
