Testomat 2000 CIO2 – Online Photometer for Chlorine Dioxide Monitoring

Precise CIO2 measurement for water quality and process safety with Heyl technology

The Testomat 2000 CIO2 is an online photometer for continuous monitoring of chlorine dioxide (CIO2) levels in water. It delivers reliable measurements up to approx. 4.7 mg/L within just a few minutes of reaction time.

In a photometric process, two reagents are automatically dosed, and a precise concentration measurement is performed in a short reaction time. Results are available after approximately one minute. Two independently programmable limit contacts with adjustable hysteresis enable direct process monitoring and control, for example to trigger alarms or switch external devices. The piston dosing pump and internal diagnostic functions ensure high measurement accuracy.
