We are looking for YOU as

Employee (f/m/d) for technical sales in the clinical environment

(as of now)
 
Your tasks

As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for looking after existing customers, acquiring new customers and playing an active role in accompanying activities to support our market presence (e.g. trade fair appearances, speaking engagements and involvement in the creation of publications). Our customers and target markets in the outpatient and inpatient clinical area are currently primarily in the DACH region. You will support the further development of existing markets and the expansion of our activities in new target markets.

Your field of activity includes

  • Support for existing customers and sales partners
  • Identification and acquisition of potential new customers
  • Systematic development and expansion of customer relationships (from pre-sales to after-sales)
  • product consulting
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of quotations
  • Complaint processing
  • Product improvement recommendations
  • Cooperation with the Marketing department in the implementation of sales measures and the Solution Building department in project-related specialist planning in the field of water treatment
  • Active customer advice and support

You bring with you

  • Sales orientation and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills
  • Competence in dealing with objections
  • Service orientation
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, process engineering, biochemistry, mechanical engineering or similar
    or
    Completed commercial or technical training and initial professional experience in sales
  • SAP and customs knowledge is an advantage
